Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery

Once dispatched, typical delivery is 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships, so you can follow it door to door.

Damaged or lost in transit

If your flag arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, with no return postage required. If a package is lost in transit, we will make it right.

Address or size changes

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will update your order before dispatch.
