We stand behind every flag we ship. If you are not completely happy, you have 90 days from the delivery date to request a return or a refund.

Damaged in transit

Wood is natural and carriers are not always gentle. If your flag arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to ship the damaged item back.

Changed your mind

Contact us within 90 days of delivery to start a return. Items should be unused and in their original condition. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the item, we refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
